SHIPPING

If you wish to avoid shipping charges, you may select “Pick up at The Bridal Box” during checkout. Once your order has arrived in completion we will phone or email you to let you know it is ready for pick-up. We ship via UPS or US Mail. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of your package and by your zip code.

If you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from the Postal Service or UPS, you are responsible for the shipping to re-send it to you and agree that this amount will be charged to your credit card used to place the initial order.

Damage claims can only be filed with the carrier if you have the original packaging.



 RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our policy is simple, no returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Everyone wants new and clean merchandise, therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason and do not issue refunds for any reason. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you must report to us within 2 days and it will be replaced for the exact same item. If you don't agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

Shipping charges are never refundable.



 FULFILLMENT

Due to the time sensitivity of which orders are processed, we do not accept order cancellations or changes. Please verify all orders are correct before submitting.

We are aware of your wedding date, and will contact you immediately if any or all of your order cannot be fulfilled by that date.
